At Holbrook Davis & Co. we want you to be 100% satisfied with the service and merchandise that you receive. If you are unhappy with any non-clearance product on your order, for any reason, feel free to return the item(s) within 30 days of the receipt of that order and we will handle your request with attention to your needs.
How do I return or exchange merchandise? Please contact us to request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to sending back any merchandise within 30 DAYS of the receipt of your items. No returns or exchanges can be accepted after 30 days from the receipt date of your order. Merchandise must be in NEW and UNUSED condition preferably with tags attached.
If there are any problems with your order, (you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item) please contact us as soon as possible. Return freight on problem orders must be coordinated with our CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. By enabling us to coordinate your return freight we can make sure that your items are returned promptly and at no cost to you.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation of your reason for the return. We will provide you with the appropriate address to return your items to along with your RMA number. If you don't have your invoice, please include your contact information and the date on which you placed the order.
Any cost to return merchandise must be paid by the customer unless the item is not what you ordered, defective or arrived damaged, in which case Holbrook Davis & Co. will arrange to have the item picked up. Please include your name and address on the inside or outside of the returned package(s).
Need it back Fast? Try our Back Fast Exchange... Contact us with your order details and what item you need to exchange your merchandise for and we'll go ahead and ship out your new order charging you for the new merchandise order. While we wait on your exchanged merchandise, your new stuff will be on its way to you. We'll then credit your account once we receive your exhanged merchandise. This Back Fast Exchange will get you your goods faster, and also will help to insure our inventory's not grabbed up before we can ship yours.
CLEARANCE ITEMS are offered through our site at tremendous savings. Many of the items in the CLEARANCE area are in NEW CONDITION. On occasion we will have items that have some small defect (i.e. a scuff on the product), in those cases we will always make sure that we have described the defect in detail so that no purchase will ever be a surprise. All items in the CLEARANCE area have been thoroughly inspected by our experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE staff. We at HOLBROOK DAVIS & CO will always strive to make sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. The one area where we can not accept returned items is from CLEARANCE. Due to the great deals that we offer, these items are not eligible for return for any reason.
