    The above chart is for ground shipments to the contiguous 48 states. It is also for our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, if your order can be mailed through the United States Postal Service. If your order to AK, HI, PR or USVI cannot be mailed through the USPS, then please call for actual charges.

We welcome orders shipped outside the U.S, Just contact us for actual shipping charges and insurance.

We offer free freight on orders over $275. This offer is good for ground shipments to the contiguous 48 states. It is also good for orders to AK, HI, PR or USVI if they can be mailed through the USPS. If not mailable to AK, HI, PR or USVI, please call for actual charges. .

 
     
     
       
    Just can't wait? Our HD&C Fast Pass is for you! If you have an interest in receiving your order as quickly as possible we do offer you this service to expedite your order thru our warehouse. The charge for FAST PASS is $5.00 in addition to your applicable freight charges to will insure that your order is shipped from our warehouse the same day as long as your order is received by 12:00 Noon EST Monday - Thursday, and by 11:00 EST on Friday.

At Holbrook Davis & Co. we want you to be 100% satisfied with the service and merchandise that you receive. If you are unhappy with any non-clearance product on your order, for any reason, feel free to return the item or items based on the following information provided below.

How do I return an item? Please contact our customer service staff to request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to sending back any merchandise. A member of our staff will contact you via email with your individual RMA number along with the specific address to send your package to. Returns will not be accepted without a prior RMA number being provided.

What if I want to return an item for credit? If you are interested in returning your order for a refund to your credit card, please contact customer service to receive your RMA number with detailed instructions. All returns for credit must be requested within 14 days from the receipt of your order. The cost of return freight for credit returns is the responsibility of each customer. Returns for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once your return has been received, please allow up to 7 business days for your credit to be issued. A credit receipt will be emailed direct to you to confirm your credit has been completed.

How do I return an item for an exchange? In order to return an item to HD&C to exchange it for another item, please contact customer service to receive your RMA number. Returns for exchange must be received to our facility within 30 days from the receipt of your order. There are no restocking fees for returns for exchanges.

Any cost to return merchandise must be paid by the customer unless the item arrived to you with an error, defective or damaged, in which case Holbrook Davis & Co. will arrange to have the item picked up.

Need it back Fast? Try our Back Fast Exchange... Contact us with your order details and what item you need to exchange your merchandise for and we'll go ahead and ship out your new order charging you for the new merchandise order. While we wait on your exchanged merchandise, your new stuff will be on its way to you. We'll then credit your account once we receive your exchanged merchandise. This Back Fast Exchange will get you your goods faster, and also will help to insure our inventory's not grabbed up before we can ship your replacement item.

What? This isn’t what I ordered... If there are any problems with your order, (you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item) please contact us as soon as possible. Return freight on problem orders must be coordinated with our CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. By enabling us to coordinate your return freight we can make sure that your items are returned promptly and at no cost to you.

CLEARANCE ITEMS are offered through our site at tremendous savings. Many of the items in the CLEARANCE area are in NEW CONDITION. On occasion we will have items that have some small defect (i.e. a scuff on the product), in those cases we will always make sure that we have described the defect in detail so that no purchase will ever be a surprise. All items in the CLEARANCE area have been thoroughly inspected by our experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE staff. We at HOLBROOK DAVIS & CO will always strive to make sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. The one area where we can not accept returned items is from CLEARANCE. Due to the great deals that we offer, these items are not eligible for return for any reason.
